Rick Bier of Meritage Builders made some significant changes updating this kitchen. Granite countertops, stone backsplash, and the authentic Italian limestone walls create a natural environment and a peaceful setting in this open spacious kitchen. The limestone walls proved to be the best possible choice for the walls in this setting. The columns dividing the six large windows wrapped with the limestone now transitions with the natural elements of the outdoors. The light of the afternoon sun absorbs the natural semi-transparent earth pigments in the plaster creating a beautiful Tuscan glow.
